I-40 East to Wade Avenue Extension
Wade Avenue to US-1/Capital Boulevard (in downtown Raleigh)
Take right fork onto US-1
US-1 becomes Dawson Street
Turn left onto Morgan Street
Turn right immediately into the City of Raleigh Municipal Parking Lot

By foot:
Exit the Municipal Parking Lot onto McDowell Street
Walk right on McDowell to the corner of McDowell and Hargett Streets
Turn left and walk one and ½ blocks east on Hargett Street to Fayetteville Street
Turn right onto Fayetteville Street at the CVS drugstore which is on the corner of Hargett and Fayetteville Street
NC State Bar is the building after the CVS drugstore

From Charlotte:

I-85 North to I-40 East
I-40 East to Wade Avenue Extension
Wade Avenue to US-1/Capital Boulevard (in downtown Raleigh)
Take right fork onto US-1
US-1 becomes Dawson Street
Turn left onto Morgan Street
Turn right immediately into the City of Raleigh Municipal Parking Lot

By foot:
Exit the Municipal Parking Lot onto McDowell Street
Walk right on McDowell to the corner of McDowell and Hargett Streets
Turn left and walk one and ½ blocks east on Hargett Street to Fayetteville Street
Turn right onto Fayetteville Street at the CVS drugstore which is on the corner of Hargett and Fayetteville Street
NC State Bar is the building after the CVS drugstore

From Wilmington:

I-40 West to Saunders Street Exit (Exit 298) to downtown Raleigh
Saunders Street turns into McDowell Street
Cross Carrbarrus, Davie, Martin and Hargett Streets (police station on corner)
Turn left into City of Raleigh Municipal Parking Lot (next to the police station)

By foot:
Exit the Municipal Parking Lot onto McDowell Street
Walk right on McDowell to the corner of McDowell and Hargett Streets
Turn left and walk one and ½ blocks east on Hargett Street to Fayetteville Street
Turn right onto Fayetteville Street at the CVS drugstore which is on the corner of Hargett and Fayetteville Street
NC State Bar is the building after the CVS drugstore

From Wilson:

264 West to I-440 West / exit 419
Take Exit 13A / New Bern Avenue /Downtown
New Bern Avenue turns into Edenton Street
Continue on Edenton Street
Turn left onto Tarboro Road
Turn right onto Hargett Street
Turn right onto McDowell Street - moving over to far left lane
Immediately turn left into the City of Raleigh Municipal Parking Lot

By foot:
Exit the Municipal Parking Lot onto McDowell Street
Walk right on McDowell to the corner of McDowell and Hargett Streets
Turn left and walk one and ½ blocks east on Hargett Street to Fayetteville Street

US 85 South to US-1 South towards Raleigh
(US-1 is also called Capitol Blvd)
