Matthew Ragaller of South Carolina intends to file a petition for reinstatement before the Disciplinary Hearing Commission of the North Carolina State Bar. Ragaller was disbarred in 2015 for misappropriating funds and filing an inaccurate accounting with the clerk of court, among other charges.
Individuals who wish to note their concurrence with or opposition to these petitions should file written notice with the secretary of the North Carolina State Bar, PO Box 25908, Raleigh, NC, 27601 before November 26, 2025.
