.0204 Fees

Accredited Program Fee – Sponsors seeking accreditation for a particular program (whether or not the sponsor itself is accredited by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education), that has not already been approved or accredited by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education, shall pay a non-refundable fee of $75.00. However, no fee shall be charged for any program that is offered without charge to attendees. All programs must be approved in accordance with Rule .0203(a). An accredited program may be advertised by the sponsor in accordance with Rule .0203(b).
