    • The description must show that the program has significant intellectual or practical content and will enhance the professional competence and proficiency of lawyers. (Rule .1519 (1))

  4. List of Written Materials to be Distributed During the Program (If Applicable)

    • Please note: Do not send a large packets of written materials for review. We only require a list of materials to be distributed to participants. If no written materials are appropriate for the program, please indicate this by attaching an explanatory memo.
