Notice of Intent to Seek Reinstatement: Charles Blackmon

Charles Blackmon, of Greensboro, intends to file a petition for reinstatement before the Disciplinary Hearing Commission of the North Carolina State Bar. Blackmon was disbarred in 2019 pursuant to his tender of an affidavit of surrender.
