David R. Payne of Zirconia, NC, intends to file a petition for reinstatement before the Disciplinary Hearing Commission of the North Carolina State Bar. Payne was disbarred in 2019 pursuant to his tender of an affidavit of surrender for pleading guilty to a felony under 18 USC 1014.
Individuals who wish to note their concurrence with or opposition to these petitions should file written notice with the secretary of the North Carolina State Bar, PO Box 25908, Raleigh, NC, 27601 before October 26, 2024.
